Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Visual Design Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks
• Lead automation strategy across UI, API, and integration testing
• Drive adoption of AI-powered testing solutions (self-healing automation, intelligent test selection, defect prediction)
• Define automation standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
• Review automation code and mentor junior QA engineers
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD automation pipelines
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and release quality
• Perform root cause analysis and guide defect prevention strategies
• Support non-functional testing (performance, reliability, security
• Act as a key stakeholder in quality sign-off

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles
• Expert-level (2+ years) experience with Playwright
• Advanced experience with API automation (Rest Assured or equivalent)
• Proven experience with AI-driven testing tools or platform
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• In-depth knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and release management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience in cloud-based testing environments
• Knowledge of security and vulnerability testing
• Experience integrating automation with observability/analytics tools
• Contribution to test process improvement or innovation initiative

Educational Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech, MCA, MSc – IT
