With the rapid growth of worldwide deployment of Ethernet services, MEF certification is a key requirement that gives end-users, service providers and equipment manufacturers, the confidence that the services work as intended in a plug-and-play manner.
ATTEST-CTS MEF 9 and MEF 14 Test Suites enable service providers and equipment manufacturers to be fully prepared for MEF certification. Usage of the ATTEST Test Suites earlier ensures that all the test requirements are thoroughly verified and that the necessary compliance is verified according to MEF requirements.

One-to-one correspondence with Iometrix test plan allows easy tracking
Straightforward pre-qualification for MEF certification requirements
Field testing capability allows service delivery verification in service provider networks
Verify both single device and distributed (network) scenarios
ATTEST MEF 9 supports 260 test cases conveniently grouped as EPL, EVPL and ELAN tests. The suite verifies the Ethernet Services both at the UNI for EVC Service Attributes and at the UNI for UNI Service Attributes for E-line and E-LAN Ethernet Services.
ATTEST MEF 9 test suite has been architected for testing in many deployment scenarios. It could be used for a field-testing application for verifying an Ethernet Service in a service provider network. It could be also be used to test networked devices or a stand-alone device in a lab setup.
ATTEST MEF 14 supports 170 test cases conveniently grouped as EPL, EVPL and ELAN tests. The suite verifies EVC related performance attributes and Bandwidth Profiles Service Attributes that are defined per Ingress UNI, per EVC, and per Class of Service for the four parameters CIR, CBS, EIR and EBS.
ATTEST MEF 14 test suite has been designed for testing the intended Service Level Specifications supported by the Ethernet services. Combined with flexible and user configurable performance measurement values, it is fine-tuned to perform measurements and verification of Ethernet Services enabled in a service provider network, as well in laboratory environments, for verification of performance capabilities of devices.
