David K. Charlu - Chief Executive Officer, Founder

David has been keenly involved in the communications industry for over 25 years after having graduated in communications engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He was one of the early employees at Infosys Technologies and played a prominent role in the communications software group. Before founding Net-O₂ Technologies in 2002, he held key management positions at Future Software, being responsible for technology strategies and the development of a number of intellectual property assets.

Kannan Sriram - Chief Operating Officer

Sriram has a long history of scaling and managing growth in technology related businesses. He has a rich track record of working in the Telecom and Communications domain. Prior to joining Veryx, Sriram was running his own enterprise for over 4 years where he oversaw setting and scaling of multiple lines of businesses, strategic business initiatives and investments in new markets. Prior to this, he was AVP, Sales and Business Development at Aricent with responsibility for all sales activities in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions. Sriram has worked with various transnational companies like Fujitsu, Xerox and Avaya in a career spanning over two decades. Sriram holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Andhra University, Vizag and a MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad.

Manikantan Srinivasan - Chief Technology Officer

Mani provides overall leadership for Veryx's Technology and Engineering groups. Mani started his career at Future Software and was instrumental in planning and executing a number of products in the IP domain. Before joining the company, he was Director - Systems Engineering of Future Communications Software, San Jose, California directing product development and contributing to the development of Industry standards in standards bodies like NPF, IEEE and IETF. He has authored several technical articles related to the emerging technologies. Mani is a Computer Science Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, with over 15 years of industry experience.

N. Muthu Kumaran - Director - North America, Founder

Muthu has been active in the communications industry for over twenty years. Starting with the Bell System in New Jersey, USA, Muthu held a wide range of technical sales and management assignments at AT&T International Communications Services Division. Muthu is a Systems Engineering post graduate of the University of Illinois. Muthu has been with the company since its inception.

Anton Basil - Vice President - Customer Services

Basil heads the Customer Services team at Veryx. A graduate in Computer Science from Madras University in 1994, Basil has over 15 years of experience, spanning a variety of projects for product development involving technologies in IP routing, switching, asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) etc. Before joining Veryx, Basil worked in Flextronics Software Systems, where he was the Senior Engineering Manager for a key customer relationship involving development of Network Edge and Access products.

Selvaraj B. - Vice President - Products

Selva heads Veryx's product development group focusing on the ATTEST test execution platform and all related test suites. He has worked on a number of embedded communications products involving a variety of routing and switching applications, over the past 14 years. After completing his Masters degree in Electronics from Anna University, Selva worked in Siemens Public Communication Network Limited, Bangalore for 2 years. He then joined Flextronics Software Systems (formerly Future Software) Chennai and led various engineering developments.
