We have decided to rebrand ourselves to better identify our core focus, capabilities and solution offerings in network software testing and associated measurements. Veryx ATTEST - for verification and metrics - will continue to be a trusted source for your testing solutions.

We are changing our name to Veryx to better reflect our focus on Network Communications testing and measurement. Net-O2 has over the years developed an in-depth focus, expertise, products and solution offerings in the area of testing and measurement, our new name Veryx better reflects this focus of ours.


Our customers will be unaffected by this change. Veryx will continue to offer the same, best-in-class, products, solutions and customer support as we did before.


Net-O2 ATTEST will henceforth be Veryx ATTEST.


No. Existing customers will not have to make any changes to their existing set-ups. They will continue to use the ATTEST framework and test suites that they already have and are using. Veryx will continue to support our existing products and licenses as we did before.


When customers request new software upgrades or install bug fixes, they will be able to install the Veryx version of the upgrades and will have an option to upgrade the entire installation if they choose to.


Yes. All marketing will be done under the Veryx brand name.


Yes, all future marketing will be done under the Veryx name. Any new products, solutions or other customer offers will also be uniformly branded under the Veryx name.


We are individually communicating to all key customers about our change in name to Veryx and explaining our rationale for doing so.


The marketing department will be initiating a series of communications events, including press releases, news letters, and other change management activity to ensure that over a short period of time all existing contacts are aware of our new Veryx name.


Besides the marketing team and sales team, all associates with customer interaction roles, such as Support, associates working at customer premises and anyone else interacting with customers or prospects will all communicate this information in a consistent manner.
