Technical Support Executive
Position Title: Technical Support Executive
Technical Support Executive will be part of the Veryx support team and would be interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services and act on the queries as per process defined.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to provide information about products and services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Making product demonstrations.
- Improving support knowledge base.
Skills / Experience:
- B.E., BSc. Computer Science, B.C.A. or equivalent preferred.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in support.
- Must have excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Should possess problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
- Awareness of networking basics will be an added advantage.
